Qualifications :
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Advanced Excel skills (including formulas) preferred
- Strong analytical background
- Excellent organizational skills
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to meet deadlines quickly and accurately, multi-task
- Ability to learn quickly and work proactively
- Works well in a team environment essential
- Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience using an AS400 system
- Prior music publishing company experience in a copyright administration-related role

- Ensuring all works data is entered correctly
- Process, standardize and report cue sheets for film and television
- Identify and report all issues requiring support to the Management
- Other related duties as assigned
