Registered Nurse Post-Anesthesia Care Unit - PACU - Travel - (PACU RN)

StartDate : 12 / 2 / 2024 Available Shifts : 10 D Pay Rate : $1451.82 - $1599.97

A great way to join the Emory team!Candidate will be doing recovery and procedure - Stress unit if needed to float (Heart and Vascular is Pre and Post-op area not Cath lab).

HV is a pre and post area for procedural areas which includes Cath lab, EP, EVL, and IR. RN’s will Administer medications, initiate IV / maintain IVF, connects to monitors, obtain vitals, performs assessments and obtaining med / surg history, Stress lab (which includes weekend call), TEE / cardioversions, EKG interpretations, moderate sedation, provide discharge instructions and aftercareTop 10 diagnosis - hypercholestermia, hypertension, heart failure, arrhythmiasLooking for an RN with experience in Exercise Stress Test, EKGs, Echos, Stress Echos, Nuclear Stress Test

Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse, PACU

Experience : 1 year 6 months

Licenses : RN(Compact Accepted)

Certifications : ACLS-AHA; BLS-AHA; CERT-NIH Stroke Scale

Requires Conscious Sedation, Stress Test experience

Stress unit if needed to float (Heart and Vascular is Pre and Post-op area)
