Regardless of the role, we recognize that every member of our team is vital! As a RN Clinic Specialist, you will work as part of a large multi-disciplinary team with responsibility providing professional and quality nursing care in our specialty clinics.
This individual performs both independent and delegated tasks, which include assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care for assigned patients within a specialty area.
Accept change, engage in ongoing process improvement, and provide outstanding customer service and care.
This person will be requested to work evenings and overnights
What you will do as an RN Clinic Specialist :
- Assesses patient needs and identifies anticipated nursing outcomes
- Coordinates patient care in collaboration with other health care team members
- Implements nursing interventions based on care plan
- Delivers care as delegated by physician / authorized practitioner to assigned patients
What you will need :
- Associate’s (ADN) or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) and current Minnesota RN license
- BLS certification
- 5+ years of hospital or clinic experience, or 2+ years of specialty / critical care experience with specialty certification
- Experience with electronic health record systems
Preferred :
ONS Fundamentals of Chemotherapy and Immunotherapy administration preferred, expected to be completed within 30 days of hire

Hours : Casual overnight position - may request evening coverage
