Shift : Day 4x10-Hour (07 : 00 - 17 : 30)

Description :

ON CALL REQUIREMENT : One weekday and one weekend per month (minimum requirement). Depending on staffing and vacation, hours can vary from 8hr or 10 hr shifts, with additional days and weekends per month.

IF previous perm employees of ANY Providence affiliated facility must be separated from the health system for a min of 3 months to qualify for a travel position.

All Swedish facilities honor active compact license.

2 YR EXP, Can submit with pending WA license, FLOAT REQUIRED

PATIENT DIAGNOSES :

Cath Lab and IR procedures- 60% Ambulatory, 40% Inpatient

SPECIAL PROCEDURES :

4 Holding, Pre-op and Post op Bays; Two procedural rooms

Heart Vessel Occlusion / STEMI; Angio, pacemakers

Interventional

Chest Tube Set-up / Care

Procedure Sedation

Blood / Blood Products Administration

Cardioversion / Defribillation

Cooling / Warming Blanket

CVP, Obtain 12 Lead EKG

Epicardial Pacer Management, LVAD / Impella, Sheath Removal;

EVD, ICP

SPECIAL EQUIPMENT :

Interventional, Pre / Post, Procedural

Circulate, Scrub, Record;

Biopsies, GI, GU / Renal, Neuro, Peripheral Vascular, Pulmonary

Required :

Cath Lab, Endovascular Lab, Stent Placement, Ultrasound, CT, Angio

CERTS : ACLS & BCLS required

SKILLS : Conscious Sedation & IV Start required

Staffing Ratios- 1 : 1
