Registered Nurse (RN) SupervisorWeekends
Richmond Center for Rehabilitation andHealthcare is actively seeking anexperienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to work w eekends for our Skilled Nursing Facility located in StatenIsland NY.
The ideal candidate will have prior longterm careexperience and excellent leadership skills!
All Shifts Available!
Duties Include :
- Handle all supervisory duties for the assignedunit
- Help establish and implement employeepolicies and procedures
- Mentor lessexperienced nurses offering clinical & career advice
- Maintain the standards of care for the unit
- Review of Resident records & quality ofcare
- Monitor overall care & reviewindividual Resident cases
- Address questions orcomplaints brought forward by Residents or theirfamilies
- Represent the units interests withthe upperlevel management
Requirements :
- Must hold valid NYS RN License
- 2years Long Term Care Experience preferred
- 1year Charge Nurse experience preferred
- Excellent positive attitude to act as the leader of agroup
- Strong computer skills
- Exceptional communication skills
