Who we are looking for

At this level you will be responsible for reviewing all components of interim and annual financial statements for a number of investment funds operating in North America.

You may organize and coordinate work in all aspects of the Financial Statement preparation process. You will be required to provide guidance to less experienced members of staff, taking responsibility for the quality of the work delivered to the client and auditors.

What you will be responsible for

As an Officer you will

  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations of your client relationships; including but not limited to, Form preparation, Form review, Filing with the SEC.
  • Ability to manage relationships with clients, making sure that requests are being met and that clients are satisfied with the level of service.
  • Ability to develop business relationships, both within and outside of the organization. Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively handle and resolve numerous ongoing communications and reporting deliverables in fast paced environment.
  • Ability to drive change and process improvements, while managing day-to-day activities in a reporting cycle.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong Accounting / Security Knowledge is preferred.
  • BS degree in Accounting, Business, or related field. CPA or MBA is preferred.
  • Four or more years of experience in mutual funds, fund administration function, financial reporting, accounting, audit or other related business activity.

Strong Excel skills.
