We have collision technician opportunities available at various experience levels. The technician pay range is $2,775 - $8,899 monthly, depending on experience.

Your Qualifications

To be a good fit for the role of automotive service technician, you will have :

  • Automotive technical training
  • Certified technician position requirements range from 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician to 7+ years' experience as a manufacturer-certified dealership technician
  • Non-certified positions require mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn to 1-2 years of experience as an automotive technician
  • General mechanical skills, manual dexterity and ability to operate power and hand tools, and other types of machinery
  • Knowledge of the automotive repair life cycle
  • Attention to detail; organization and follow-up skills
  • Your own set of tools (non-certified technicians typically are not required to have tools)
  • Valid in-state driver’s license, and acceptable, safe driving record
  • Reached the age of 18 or older

As an Auto Technician, you’ll perform vehicle repairs as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. Your attention to detail will make you a valuable asset to the team as you ensure repairs are completed on time and deliver top-notch work to delight our customers.

In this role, you’ll interact daily with other team members including service advisors, other technicians, parts associates, cashiers, sales associates, and managers.
