Shift : Nights / 6 : 45p-7 : 15a (12x3) 36 hours per week
Length : 13 weeks
Weekend Requirement : 2-3 in 6 weeks

PATIENT DIAGNOSES : The 4th Floor of Novant Health Matthews Medical Center (NHMMC) is a 40 bed Medicalsurgical unit with an emphasis in Bariatrics and Orthopedics providing twenty-four hourinpatient care.
Unit goals include : providing exemplarycustomer service and patient care, an environment that fosters Novant Health mission,vision and values, the forming of collegial relationships with physicianPatient population : Adolescents, adults and geriatrics.
UNIT SYSTEMS (Medication, Documentation, Communication) : PYXIS, EPIC, SBAR, VoalteUnit Info : Daily Census 39. 40 bedsUNIT ORIENTATION : 36 hours travelers must be available all week during week one for Hospital OrientationSCRUBS : Navy or white or combinationCOVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline) : Not RequiredFlu Vaccine (Facility Guideline) : Required - No Exemptions Unit : 5504- Med / Surg (Tele) - 4th Floor - Electronic
