Speech-Language Pathologist Consultant

Job Summary :

We’re seeing a passionate and creative SLP or SLPA to support our customer service and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a think-outside-the-box mentality, and the ability to create engaging educational content.

This role requires a unique blend of clinical expertise and marketing savvy, with a focus on driving customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Schedule and conduct calls with customers and partners to discuss product needs, demonstrate products, and provide recommendations.
• Develop compelling written content, including :
• Blog posts and articles on related speech therapy topics.
• Product descriptions and website content.
• Speech activities and downloadable resources (e.g., worksheets, flashcards, educational guides, eBooks, etc.)
• Create helpful video content for social media platforms, including how-to product demonstrations.
• Manage exciting educational initiatives for customers, such as webinars and seminars.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide expert advice on speech therapy-related topics.
• Participate in product development and feedback sessions to ensure product effectiveness.
• Build relationships with key customers, partners, and industry professionals and organizations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and research to ensure content accuracy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a licensed speech-language pathologist or speech-language pathology assistant.
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with content creation and marketing principles.
• Adaptability and willingness to take on diverse responsibilities.
• Willingness to travel and / or participate in marketing opportunities as needed, such as conferences.
