Sodexo is seeking a Food Service Manager 3 for a K-12 School District in Aurora, Illinois. The Food Service Manager 3 will support the unit operating responsibilities including the supervision of hourly staff with a focus on excellent customer experience and supporting the unit financials.
East Aurora, has 1 High School, 2 Middle, 1 Extension campus - Magnet and 1 REC.
Our ideal candidate will be innovative, keeping services fresh and updated based on current trends and customer needs. T he Food Service Manager 3 is an excellent position for a hands-on professional who is customer-service driven in a fast-paced environment.
Ideal candidate will have previous NSLP management experience and excellent communication skills. This role is heavily focused on service, training, unit financials.
The successful candidate will :
- coordinate all required tasks as assigned, and manage scheduling through frontline staff
- deliver high quality food services in a K-12 environment, to include catering
- achieve company and client financial targets and goals
- ensure compliance with HACCP, regulatory and Sodexo standards
- daily interaction and collaboration with fellow managers
- deliver high quality food service
- develop and maintain client and customer relationships
