Job Summary We are looking for dynamic Cleaners to join our dedicated team in Newport Beach! The Cleaners maintain a clean working environment for all staff and visitors.

We have full time, evening shifts available.

• Service, clean, disinfect and supply restrooms
• Gather and empty trash
• Clean incidental floor spills by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming them
• Clean debris from building exterior grounds, including parking structure
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
• Dust and disinfect doorknobs, common surfaces, furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
• Utilize communication equipment to receive work orders.
• Learn and follow safety procedures and policy
• Perform all other building maintenance duties according to property requirement

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in janitorial, cleaning, property or facilities maintenance
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Ability to fulfill the physical demands of the essential functions of the job.
