Tech USA is currently seeking sales-minded, goal-oriented and ambitious individuals. Our local office in Phoenix, AZ specializes in Engineering and IT recruiting for contract, contract to hire and direct placements.
You would be part of our Sales and Management program that will introduce you to the industry and after a 6 months training program would lead to promotion to Account Executive / Business Development Manager responsible for developing and maintaining new and existing business while managing a team of 3-4 recruiters to meet client deliverables.
