Job Description :
1 Responsible for the management of the foreign teacher team, build a high-quality, stable foreign teacher team;
2 Assisting the director to carry out kindergarten operation and management, assisting in the development and improvement of international kindergarten rules and regulations implementation rules, and
- Coordinate and supervise the cultural construction of the kindergarten;
- 3 Responsible for the management of foreign teaching team training, so that the plan is reasonable, the implementation of effective;
- 4 Coordinate the management of teaching, research and teaching affairs, to ensure that the quality of the kindergarten's international cultural programs, parent satisfaction rate of 90% or more;
- 5 Assist in marketing activities and parent communication, develop and convene the kindergarten bilingual program presentation, reception of parents for foreign teaching consultation and complaints;
Requirements :
- 1.8 years of work experience in education industry;
- 2.Bachelor degree or above, majoring in preschool education, master degree is preferred;
- 3.kindergarten teacher's license, with the director of the qualification;
- 4. good English communication and expression skills, experience in managing English teachers / foreign teachers;
- 5. International garden management experience is preferred; 6. Below 45 years old;
