About The Position
Job Title : Rehabilitation Therapist Job Specialty : Speech Therapist Job Duration : 13 Weeks Shift : Days Guaranteed Hours : 36 per week Experience : New graduates are welcome;
SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) experience preferred License : Valid and verified license required Certifications : Covid test 72 hours prior to start date with results issued 48 hours prior Must-Have : Resume and license verification must be attached to the application Job Description : Provide comprehensive speech therapy to patients.
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve patient goals.
- Document patient progress and therapy outcomes accurately.- Educate patients and families on speech therapy processes and home exercises.
- Maintain compliance with health regulations and safety standards.- Participate in team meetings and contribute to patient care planning.
