£26,000pa plus Commission

Key Duties :

• Build rapport and develop working relationships with connections at Kent County Council to understand their vision and workforce planning needs.
• Arrange interviews and receive feedback as appropriate.
• Take ownership of candidate aftercare by maintaining regular contact with the Connect2Kent worker, ensuring their timesheets are approved and they are paid accurately without delay.
• Ensure legal and contractual compliance requirements are met before candidates begin work.
• Provide client aftercare once a worker has started a new position, maintaining support for retention of their worker.
• Provide each direct worker with set up details for the pay and bill system and allow access to the Candidate Portal including online time sheets / timesheet app.
• Review all CVs received and upload qualified CVs to the Client Portal to meet the expectations of the hiring manager.

What We Need From You :

• Proven experience working within a recruitment agency, ideally in a fast-paced temporary recruitment environment.
• Previous use of a Recruitment CRM system.
• Ability to adapt communication style in order to suit the audience and the circumstance.
• Proficient use of IT including Microsoft Office packages.
• Capable of organising and prioritising own workload to deliver against multiple activities.
