Bilingual English-Spanish Shipping Coordinator Needed in Edison NJ

We are currently looking for an experienced Shipping Coordinator who is bilingual English-Spanish, for a distribution center in the Edison NJ area.

Schedule :

Monday-Friday 7 : 00am-4 : 00pm

Requirements :

Communicating with clients and shippers, resolving complaints.
Preparing shipping quotes for customers.
Negotiating shipping fees with couriers.
Keeping meticulous records of shipment information.
Processing orders, arranging pickups and deliveries.
Managing shipment schedules.
Tracking and documenting incoming and outgoing packages.
Ensuring all shipping procedures are followed.
Dispatching

Professional and Attitudinal Requirements :

Bilingual English-Spanish a must!
Shipping experience a must!
Dispatching experience a must!
Computer Knowledge
Reliable transportation a must!
Detail oriented and ability to multitask
Excellent attendance and punctuality are essential
