Position Details :
- Experience Required :
- Minimum of 2 years of Neurosurgery inpatient experience.
- Patient Population :
- 85% Adult
- 15% Pediatric (Preferred, but not mandatory)
- Role and Responsibilities :
- Provide independent assistance in a multidisciplinary practice, covering both pediatric and adult patient populations.
- Diagnose and treat neurosurgical patients in a clinical setting.
- Perform physical examinations, order diagnostic tests, and carry out or assist with minor procedures.
- Participate in the evaluation and assessment of potential surgical candidates.
- Obtain and document comprehensive and focused patient histories and physicals, and effectively communicate relevant medical information to surgeons and physicians.
- Requirements :
- Active Missouri (MO) state license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- DEA certification.
