Site Supervisor Full-Time $19 / hr
REQUIREMENTS :
At Master Security, we are committed to providing our clients with the most qualified candidates to safeguard their assets, property, and personnel.
We have established a set of criteria that our security officers must meet to ensure optimal service delivery and to enhance their chances of success during their tenure with us. The criteria include :
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Legal work status in the US
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- Reliable personal transportation (Public transportation is not acceptable)
- Accessible via a personal cell phone
- Clear criminal background with no felony arrests or convictions
- Possession or ability to obtain MD Clearance Card, DCJS security license, and SO License
- Capability to perform duties as stated in post orders, which may include extended periods of standing / walking or lifting
- Proficiency in mobile technology (tablets, smartphones, etc.)
- Valid full driver’s license
DUTIES / WHAT WE LOOK FOR :
- Manage daily operational matters and supervise site guards.
- Client Relations and Communications management
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively with the public
- Proficient oral and written communication skills
- Active listening skills
- Effective assessment and evaluation of emergencies
- Quick and accurate identification of critical issues with appropriate respons e
