Duties & Responsibilities
- Work as a kitchen or front-line employee committed to serving guests at a level of excellence
- Use our CORE 4 model to serve guests : eye contact, smile, speak with a friendly tone, say "my pleasure."
- Provide Second Mile Service, going above and beyond to ensure excellent customer service
- Help to complete all morning, afternoon, and evening check-lists by collaborating with fellow Chick-fil-A Colerain employees
- Report any guest or employee complaints to Shift Supervisor and play an active part in guest recovery
- Strive to build great relationships with co-workers, as all positions require teamwork
- Project a reliable and diligent attitude toward completing daily tasks in all situations
- Commit to the safety and security of all other team members and guests
- In some situations, be personally responsible for cash transactions
- Ensure appearance and uniform is in compliance with Chick-fil-A's best practices
Required Skills & Experience
- Desire to grow business and personal skills while thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible, accountable, and organized
- Eagerness to learn and improve personal skillset
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with Shift Supervisor, Managers, Directors, and Operator to fulfill business needs
