Benefits :
- Earn up to $50-$75k in your first year (Base salary + commission)

Responsibilities :
- Estimating, Sales, & Marketing
- Customer Service
- Following up with customers
- Maintaining communication with customers through job completion
- Work closely with Paint Crews to ensure customer satisfaction
- Attend networking events
- Consistently hit weekly goals
Qualifications :
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record and insurance
- Previous in home and / or outside sales experience is a plus
- Excited about performance-based pay
- Sales & customer service experience
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong computer and internet skills
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Goal oriented and motivated
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Experience : At least one year of related experience.
