We’re looking for a developer like you with the skills needed to develop software and systems from vision to production-ready.

This role is more than just coding. As a full stack developer at Booz Allen, you’ll use your passion to learn new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements.

You’ll help clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies.

You’ll help make sure the solution developed by the team considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements.

You Have :

2+ years of experience developing front end web interfaces using Vue or JavaScript frameworks

Experience integrating front end interfaces to API endpoints

Experience developing back end AWS infrastructure as code using AWS cloud development kit (CDK) for services, such as API Gateway, DynamoDB, Lambda, SQS, and SNS

Experience integrating Active Directory domain services, security groups, and group policy objects into applications

Experience developing with software management tools, such as GitLab, or GitHub

Experience supporting internal and external customers

Knowledge of programming in Python or Javascript and command languages, such as Bash or PowerShell

Knowledge of troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across development and production operating environments

Active TS / SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam

HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have :

2+ years of Enterprise or Cloud IT experience

Experience with AWS services, including AWS Lambda, Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3), Amazon DynamoDB, Amazon API Gateway, and Amazon Simple Queue Service (Amazon SQS)

Experience building and deploying capabilities as Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with AWS CDK, or AWS CloudFormation

Experience with using CI / CD (continuous integration / continuous delivery) workflows low to high across commercial and non-commercial AWS environments

Knowledge of architectural implications of meeting industry standards, such as ICD 503, NIST 800-53, or FEDRAMP

Ability to lead effectively across organizations

Possession of strong verbal and written communications skills

AWS Certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect

Clearance :

TS / SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
