POSITION SUMMARY
To provide customer service to potential clients. Answering all inquiries regarding services offered by The Healing Place.
Screening clients to ensure maximum efficiency in provided services and billable services. Working with all departments to ensure friendly arrangements to incoming clients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential functions include but are not limited to the following :
- Answers all incoming phone calls
- Return any missed phone calls to potential clients
- Prescreens all potential clients and record details of conversation on tracking log
- Help establish and verify insurance for all clients
- When appropriate, assists with resources to provide transportation
- Works in conjunction with Program staff, Admissions staff, and Detox staff for efficient and effective client placement / scheduling
- Record Keeping
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum one year of customer service experience required
- At least one year of experience working in a clinical environment preferred
- Superior organizational skills with an exceptional attention to detail
- Skilled in Microsoft Office
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated
