1888 Management is looking for a Project Manager to join our team.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
The Project Manager will also define project objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

What You Will Do
- Liaising with project stakeholders concerning project details and deliverables
- Assisting in the planning and implementation of projects
- Helping to coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables
- Analyzing data as required
- Conducting administrative duties, such as setting up meetings, reviewing invoices and cost estimates
- Tracking and reporting project progress by monitoring project schedules, logging and tracking progress to meet design, construction, and other deadlines
- Performing other duties assigned by the Project Manager in an orderly and efficient manner
- Effectively collaborate with Operations Managers and Project Managers on contract documents, change orders, modifications, and approvals
- Lead project meetings with design consultants, general contractors, accounting team and project managers
- Contributes to and understands clients desired project outcomes, identify opportunities to create value to accomplish desired outcomes
- Manage compliance expectations
- Write detailed communications and updates

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- 5+ years of project administration experience
- Experience using Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel in a professional environment
- Experience in the handling and care of confidential information
- Bachelor's degree
