SUMMARY :

This role involves collaborating with both offshore and onshore technical resources to develop and deliver top-quality internal and external solutions that provide significant value to corporations and their law firms.

The Product Analyst will gather and analyze business and user requirements, ensuring that the final product is delivered in a timely fashion and meets the intended needs and exceeds user expectations.

To ensure accurate delivery, the product analyst will act as an agile scrum master. They will also act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team, guaranteeing mutual understanding and goal alignment.

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and user requirements for Process Serve products.
  • Collaborate with offshore and onshore technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Conduct market research and identify trends to inform product enhancements and new features.
  • Work closely with product owners to prioritize requirements and manage the product backlog.
  • Facilitate and participate in regular meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication of product requirements and deliverables.
  • Assist in the development of user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
  • Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure team productivity and process adherence.
  • Work closely with the Product Owner to manage the product backlog, ensuring that priorities are clear and manageable for the development team.
  • Conduct product testing to ensure quality and that business requirements are accurately implemented.
  • Follow Agile best practices and continuously improve processes, quality, and delivery speed.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to internal teams and clients regarding product features and functionalities.
  • Produce detailed reports and analysis to support strategic product decisions.
  • Ensure all product developments comply with industry regulations and internal standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.

COMPETENCIES, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of empathy to understand user needs and experiences.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and other project management software.
  • Knowledge of the legal industry and its technology requirements is a plus.
  • Ability to diagnose and analyze system data. SQL or Database knowledge is a plus.
  • Understanding of UX principles and the ability to work closely with designers to enhance the user experience of the product.
  • Experience in planning, executing, and analyzing A / B tests to measure the impact of product changes.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or a similar role.

3-5 years of experience in SCRUM or similar agile frameworks. Experience working with offshore and onshore development teams.

Proven track record of successfully delivering products that meet business and user needs.

Familiarity with requirements management tools and software development processes.

Experience in the legal support services industry is preferred but not mandatory.
