Madame Tussauds Rooftop Restaurant and Bar is an exciting new dining experience set to open in mid-July. We are currently accepting applications for Server positions.
The hiring process will take approximately two weeks, followed by two weeks of training .

- Presenting menus and providing detailed descriptions of menu items
- Taking orders accurately and efficiently
- Serving food and beverages in a timely manner
- Anticipating guest needs and addressing any concerns or special requests
- Processing payments and ensuring accurate billing
- Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Upholding high standards of professionalism and hospitality at all times
Qualifications
- Outstanding communication skills
- Experience preferred with a friendly, warm and dynamic team oriented personality.
- Reliable and Flexible Availability
- Punctuality and professionlism
- Current Food Handler and RBS Training Certification
- Minimum 1-2 year experience in high volume restaurant
- Must be a team player
- Self-motivated
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Ability to multi-task under pressure
- Calm under pressure
- Organized with attention to detail
- Strong service skills
