Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager witha strong background in Agile methodologies to lead and managecomplex projects in a dynamic environment.

This role requires astrategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills adept athandling project dynamics and integrations ensuring seamlessdelivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Planning andManagement :
• Lead the planning andimplementation of projects ensuring alignment with clientobjectives and company goals.
• Develop detailedproject plans including scope milestones timelines and resourceallocation.
• Manage project budgets trackexpenses and ensure financial targets are met.
• AgileLeadership :
• Implement and advocateAgile methodologies (Scrum Kanban etc.) to ensure efficient projectdelivery.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such asdaily standups sprint planning retrospectives andreviews.
• Mentor and guide team members onAgile best practices.
• Stakeholder Engagement :
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clientsmaintaining regular communication to manage expectations andprovide status updates.
• Facilitatecollaboration between internal teams stakeholders and externalpartners to ensure project success.
• Addressand resolve projectrelated issues and conflictspromptly.
• Integration Management :
• Oversee the integration of various project componentsensuring compatibility and seamless operation.
• Coordinate with technical teams to manage systemintegrations and troubleshoot integration issues.
• Ensure compliance with integration standards and bestpractices.
• Risk Management :
• Identify assess and mitigate project risks developingcontingency plans as necessary.
• Monitorproject progress and adjust plans as needed to address emergingrisks and issues.
• Maintain comprehensive riskregisters and documentation.
• Quality Assurance :
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and clientrequirements.
• Implement quality controlprocesses and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct project reviews and postmortems to capturelessons learned and best practices.
• Reporting andDocumentation :
• Prepare and deliverregular project reports presentations and documentation tostakeholders.
• Maintain accurate projectrecords including meeting minutes action items and changelogs.
• Use project management tools andsoftware for tracking and reporting.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Business Management InformationTechnology or a related field.
• PMPcertification is required.
• Minimum of 7 yearsof project management experience with at least 3 years in an Agileenvironment.
• Proven track record ofsuccessfully managing largescale complex projects.
• Excellent leadership communication and interpersonalskills.
• Strong problemsolving abilities andattention to detail.
• Proficiency with projectmanagement tools such as Jira Trello MS Project orsimilar.
• Ability to travel 2030% of the timeas required.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Masters degree in a related field.
• Additional Agile certifications (e.g. CSMSAFe).
• Experience with digital transformationprojects and technology integrations.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
