We are currently seeking an Accounting / Records Management Clerk who has a passion for providing the highest quality in an office setting.

Essential Job Functions :

• Sort and prepare documents for scanning.
• Scan and index documents.
• Research and retrieve A / P and A / R material and other documents as needed.
• Research vendor inquiries.
• Match and attach invoices, credits, and coupons with support for members for Friday mail.
• Friday mailroom file accounting documents in member / owner’s mail file for delivery.
• Assign invoices to general ledger accounts for processing by AP.
• Bill customers or issue credits to customers for URM programs.
• Assist Accounts Receivable Department.
• Assist Accounts Payable Department.
• Clean Scanners as Required.
• Special projects as assigned.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

• Basic computer knowledge to include Microsoft Office.
• 1year file, records, imaging / scanning experience. Willing to train the right candidate.
• Have a high level of Data Entry experience and Accuracy.
• Familiarity with Records Management Systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented and attention to detail and accuracy a must.
• Good organization skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to complete repetitive tasks for several hours at a time.
• Some flexibility in schedule but must be available Friday mornings.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs from the floor.
• Ability to work in a close team environment.
• Has a positive attitude toward learning within a team environment.
