Government Assisted Housing Community Manager

is seeking an experienced
Government Assisted Housing Community Manager
to join their team! Experience in USDA-RD and / or HUD Housing with COS or Star certification, MINC, TRACS, knowledge of government regulations and policies and Boston Post software is required.
Salary and bonus is around $90,000 annually.
Some responsibilities include, but are not limited to : Managing four New Hampshire base properties, approximately 75 apartmentsReviewing monthly MINC and HAP requestsReviewing audits and monthly financial reportsDeveloping and monitoring annual budgetsProcessing certificationsProcessing evictions and attending court hearingsPreparing leasesMaintaining waitlistsCommunicating with residents and prospective residentsCompetitive salary / bonus structure totaling around $90,000 annually and comprehensive benefits package including health & dental insurance, 401K, company paid life insurance and long-term disability insurance and a generous amount of paid time off.
