Roles and Responsibilities :
Handling a variety of business immigration cases, including EB-5 and other investor visa matters.
Draft, review and file immigration petitions and related documents
Advice clients on complex immigration issues, focusing on business immigration strategies and compliance.
Represent clients in federal court for immigration - related cases, with a focus on Mandamus litigation
Prepare legal briefs, motions, and other litigation documents.
Advocate for clients in court, ensuring their rights are protected throughout the litigation process.
Provide strategic guidance on legal actions to resolve immigration delays or denials.
Skills and Qualifications :
Strong knowledge of immigration law with significant experience in litigation.
Experienced handling Mandamus and EB-5 cases is highly preferred.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience required in immigration law.
Admitted to practice law in any jurisdiction.
Excellent research, writing and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage a diverse caseload of both transactional and litigation matters.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
Salary :
$100K+ depending on experience.
