This is an onsite position in Logan, Utah.

iWorQ is a leading cloud-based workflow software that enables cities and counties to run their day-to-day operations more efficiently.

At iWorQ, we are improving the workflows of 2,000+ government agencies across all 50 States, territories, and Canada. Our platform is used daily by tens of thousands of happy government employees (NPS of 65+), helping them manage everything from the maintenance of millions of dollars of assets such as roads, buildings, sidewalks, and bridges as well as the administration and processing of permits, inspections, business licenses, code enforcement violations, to improving citizen engagement and satisfaction, and much more.

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support us in achieving our goals of growing our team, product portfolio, customer base, and revenues.

We’re based in Logan, Utah, and partner with Norland Capital (2021), a $1B+ growth-focused private equity firm.

Who we are looking for

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be an integral part of the team as people and culture are #1. You will be excited about working with the company executives and department managers to driving the growth of each team by improving and amplifying the recruiting process, supporting the onboarding of new-hires, and supporting / managing the ongoing training and reviews.

Responsibilities

  • Work with company executives and department managers to drive the recruitment process, focused on software developer, sales, and customer implementation / support roles
  • Use ATS to engage with candidates and build out talent pools
  • Negotiate employment offers effectively
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires and conduct ongoing evaluation interviews to ensure a smooth transition
  • Maintain a complete record of interviews, candidates and new hires
  • Aim to achieve and exceed monthly recruitment goals consistently

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and exceptional problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Eagerness to work both independently and as part of a team, with a readiness to take on additional responsibilities
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to build and nurture candidate and prospect pipelines
  • Experience in the software, technology, or sales industries is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, Organization Management or related field preferred
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to optimize the recruitment process preferred
