The Role :
This role will require high engagement, passion, and curiosity for what you do for the highest chance of success. You will need the ability to learn new systems quickly and have the aptitude to jump right in to diagnose customer usage, performance, and platform adoption.
Analytical skills and hospitality systems knowledge are critical to the role as you will be responsible to review customers in your region and proactively manage them to keep them engaged.
As an Account Revenue Analyst, you still strategically engage / be a liaison with management companies allowing to foster partnerships and implement revenue enhancement strategies on a top to bottom approach.
Duties :
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers within your region from acquisition and onward.
- Analyze current results, present findings, and create solutions to advise your customers accordingly
- Create presentations for a variety of internal and external audiences
- Tactical ability for executing changes to all systems
- Handle day to day requests as needed
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant field (Business, Hospitality Management, Communication, and / or Marketing Design backgrounds are a plus)
- 1-4 years professional experience in hotel operations in front office or revenue and rooms.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel and hotel PMS,RMS,CRS systems For Excel, think Pivot Tables, Lookups and basic aggregation and analysis functions
- Robust written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications :
- Team oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Exposure to CRM Systems
- Experience with Opera and Hotel Property Management Systems

US : Hiring Range : from $ to $ per hour; from $44,000 to $89,300 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
