Key Responsibilities :
Comprehensive Care : Plan, develop, and implement speech-language pathology and audiology services, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and providing the highest quality of care.
Performance Monitoring : Establish and monitor key performance indicators, driving continuous improvement in resident outcomes and satisfaction.
Resident-Centered Approach : Deliver compassionate, individualized care that enhances residents' communication abilities and quality of life.
Team Collaboration : Actively participate in team meetings to discuss and optimize resident care plans, contributing your expertise as a critical member of our rehabilitation team.
Qualifications :
Licensed Professional : Must hold a valid, unrestricted license in speech-language pathology and / or audiology in Texas.
Regulatory Knowledge : Thorough understanding of skilled nursing home regulations and long-term care guidelines.
Driver’s License : A valid driver’s license is required for operational flexibility.
Dedicated Caregiver : A commitment to upholding the dignity and rights of all residents, fostering a positive and respectful care environment.
