Registered Nurse (RN) - ER

MLR is seeking a committed and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our client's Emergency Room (ER) team . In this fast-paced environment, you will play a key role in delivering critical care to patients facing urgent medical situations.
Your quick thinking, clinical skills, and ability to stay calm under pressure will be vital in achieving the best patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities for an RN :
- Provide exceptional and compassionate care to ER patients, including assessing, planning, and implementing care plans.
- Perform rapid and accurate triage, prioritizing patients based on the urgency of their condition.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed, adjusting care plans as needed based on patient responses.
- Keep detailed and accurate records to support seamless communication within the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and their families about conditions, treatment options, and follow-up care.
Registered Nurse Qualifications :
- Active RN license in New Mexico required.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program is required.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Emergency Room experience is preferred but not mandatory.
