Milkco is seeking a 3rd Shift Pasteurizer in our Production Department.
The Pasteurizer is responsible for processing, batching & mixing all fluid dairy and non-dairy products, while following strict production standards and regulations.
They are also responsible for maintaining careful production documentation and some monthly preventative maintenance. They must be able to multi-task with a high attention to detail while maintaining a positive attitude and working independently.
The ideal candidate will have :
- Prior experience in food or beverage production preferred.
- The ability to keep meticulous documentation.
- Previous experience with computerized process controls.
- Some mechanical aptitude preferred.

- Automatic 60-Day Pay Review

Employment Requirements :
- Must pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening and Physical (provided by Milkco).
- Will conduct a Criminal Background Check.
- Must pass an E-Verify Screening.
Physical Requirements :
- Must be able to stand a minimum of 7 ½ hours per day.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 40lbs.
Experience :
- Will train the right person.
- Prefer that applicants have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must want to work and have excellent attendance.
- Need to be cooperative and able to get along with a lot of people.
- Must be a team player with the ability to contribute in a team atmosphere
