Responsibilities :

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff members.

Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents.

Maintain and update office records, files, and databases.

Order and manage office supplies and equipment.

Assist in the preparation of presentations, spreadsheets, and other materials.

Support various departments with administrative tasks and projects.

Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Working hours : 5 : 00 AM - 12 : 00 AM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills :

Associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent experience in similar role

Experience with office management software and databases.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Previous experience in a fast-paced or corporate environment.

Qualifications :

Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Professional demeanor and appearance.
