Hiring a Full Time / Direct Hire Field Service Technician for a leading packaging + recycling company in Orchard Park. Pay rate $25 - 40 / HR (DOE), 40-Hour work week and home every weekend.
Will support customers across 35 states and provide expectational technical services. Able to manage business relationships, provide exceptional technical support, and troubleshoot and repair equipment issues.

- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot packaging equipment to ensure operational efficiency.-Train and support clients to build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships.
- Conduct system integrations, diagnostics, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.-Manage Service Calls for audits, maintenance, and troubleshooting needs.
Required Skills / Qualifications : -HS School diploma or GED -1 - 2 years as a Field Service Tech with electrical, mechanical, and technical troubleshooting experience-Valid Driver's License-Able and willing to travel extensively to client sites as required Preferred Skills / Qualifications : -PLC experience ie : Allen Bradley -Able to read blueprints, machine drawings, and electrical schematicsAleron companies (Acara Solutions, Aleron Shared Resources, Broadleaf Results, Lume Strategies, TalentRise, Viaduct) are Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employers.
