MINIMUM EXPERIENCE : 2 Years, Unit accepts first time travelers

PATIENT POPULATION : Adults to Geriatrics

RATIO : 1 : 5-6

UNIT SYSTEMS : Pyxis, EPIC & SBAR

REQUIRED CERTS & SKILLS : ACLS BLS and NIH required; PICC Line management

SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS :

RTO : MAX 7 days, Blocked Scheduling Not Guaranteed

No Holiday RTO will be granted

Christmas Eve / Christmas Day (including week of)

New Years Eve / New Years Day (including week of)

WEEKENDS : 4 shifts a month may not be EOW

FLOATING : *Will float to other departments* If floated to ER or ICU will be assigned MS acuity patients, may entail floating as CNA / tech role

COMPLIANCE : Full compliance required to start on time, if not compliant in time the push back is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule.
