Requirements :
- Successful track record in meeting sales goals / quotas is a plus.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
- Willingness to make at least 100 outbound calls or engage in 8 Auto Conversations per day.
- Open to learning, coachable, and committed to meeting weekly activity goals based on effort, not sales.
