Key Responsibilities : Assist marketing teams to meet daily objectives and performance targets. Act as a liaison between customers and clients, ensuring smooth communication.
Support efforts to meet fundraising targets for campaigns. Attend meetings, workshops, and training sessions to stay aligned with company goals.
Strive to improve cost-efficiency and customer service standards. Handle customer requests promptly and ensure satisfaction.
Produce detailed reports of donations and campaign results. Report progress to senior management regularly. Develop outstanding customer service skills to meet company standards.
