What you'll be doingBaxter Clinical Nutrition is a global leader in Parenteral Nutrition (PN), with approximately $950 million in global annualized revenue.

While the Clinical Nutrition global business unit continues to focus on innovating within the core PN business, opportunities also exist to improve nutrition therapy outside of PN, representing future growth potential.

The Senior Global Product Manager, Monitoring & Digital Solutions will have global upstream marketing responsibilities for our Nutrition Monitoring & Digital portfolios inclusive of portfolio strategy, new product development, geographic expansion, market development and 3rd party relationship management.

In addition, this role will support Business Development & Licensing (BD&L) and exploratory activities for the Global Nutrition business.

Nutrition Monitoring & Digital Product ManagementDevelop and implement a comprehensive product strategy for Baxter’s Nutrition Monitoring & Digital portfoliosUncover opportunities for new product development / partnership based on market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.

Develop global commercial plans, develop / implement key marketing growth initiatives to support the delivery of overall financial results.

Lead commercial activities for product development, working closely with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Medical, Manufacturing, egional and Country-level marketing.

Prepare launch plans and work with regional and country-level marketers to complete launch readiness / implementation.Analyze product data, voice of customer and market trends to identify / generate new business opportunities, define product requirements and assess business development opportunities.

Monitor / evaluate the healthcare landscape and trends to proactively identify / mitigate threats to existing portfolio and development pipeline.

Deliver successful product management throughout the product lifecycle, including product improvements.Build and maintain strong relationships with 3rd party suppliers.

Business Development & Licensing SupportIdentify and evaluate potential growth opportunities, including new markets, partnerships and acquisitionsLead due diligence on business development targets for M&A and / or strategic partnerships, including market sizing, primary research with healthcare practitioners, secondary research, commercial assumption building and business case development;

produce clear and compelling written diligence output.Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, partners and collaborators to generate leads and cultivate business opportunitiesSupport the negotiation and execution of business agreements, contracts and partnerships to drive revenue growth and strategic alliances.

Keep abreast of emerging technologies, market innovations and industry practices to pinpoint opportunities for innovation and gaining a competitive edge.

What you'll bringBachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, finance or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

5 plus years in the healthcare industry; 7 plus years of combined work experiences (including management consulting, strategic planning, strategic marketing, upstream marketing, new product development, product management, private equity, finance)Successful track record of bringing innovative products to market, with a comprehensive grasp of customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes.

Experience in management consulting, strategy development or strategic marketing, and with prior financial / analytics experienceRobust capabilities in analyzing complex issues and making reasoned judgments.

to evaluate complex business challenges, identify trends and develop effective strategic solutions.Deep understanding of business principles, financial analysis and modeling, and market dynamics to make informed decisions and drive growth.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $136,000 - $187,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position.

We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change.

Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position is also eligible for discretionary bonuses and long- term incentive.
