DATA ENTRY CLERK
Job Summary :
To provide data entry and support services assigned by management.We are seeking a team-player who will use their organizational and interpersonal skills to help the daily operations of the business.
Essential Functions :
- Answer incoming calls and address any customer inquiries and service matters, or direct calls to appropriate personnel / department
- Enter style numbers, description, and pricing information into database
- Process daily order entry, packing lists, and invoices
- Generate shipping labels, and work with shipping department to ship orders in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Provide documents to customers, such as traceability of documents, invoices and shipping documents
- Provide all additional requirements per request of customer such as pictures and other details of the products to achieve sales goals
- Communicating effectively and maintaining a professional relationship with vendors, customers and company team
- Supports sales group in all aspects to achieve successful sales / outcome
- Upload product information onto the website portal to improve sales and product visibility
- This position may be cross utilized with other departments
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience performing routine office duties in a professional office environment.
- Experience with MS Office Products required.
- Typing (50+ WPM)
- Attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Computer literacy (i.e. Excel spreadsheets, MS Office, Outlook)
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus
- Fluency in English is a must (read, write and speak)
Physical Demands : Ability to sit for long periods of time working on a computer.
Working Conditions : Climate Controlled office setting

Location : Miami, FL
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $15.00 - $17.00 Per Hour
