What you'll do :
The Business Analyst - IAM is part of a team that is responsible for supporting and expanding IAM applications and tools, implementing it to the highest level of detail across various teams and business functions.
You will work collaboratively within the IAM development team, our technology and business operations groups across the organization to prioritize development needs in our IAM products.
You will also seek feedback from our IAM application end-users to identify, document and decision enhancement needs based on their experiences.
This position is onsite only (4 days in office with 1 remote day) and must be located in Columbus, OH, Irving / Dallas, TX or Phoenix, AZ.
What we are looking for :
- Analyzes potential enhancements and requests, to determine the best way to develop and build the best solution in the time available, setting the expectations for the delivery of new functionality.
- Responsible for leading interactive requirements gathering sessions with business team members, documenting information and working with other team members.
Providing stakeholder demos and support go-live for sprint releases.
- Develops and documents standard operating procedures and other related documentation.
- Facilitate business process design as it relates to managing identities and access privileges.
- Assist in troubleshooting issues related to IAM and RBAC.
- Experienced in working in an enterprise IAM (Identity and Access Management) environment, including but not limited to user LCM (Lifecycle management) and provisioning, and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
- Thorough knowledge of MS office suite of products, including Word, Excel, Visio and Project
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to think strategically and make collaborative decision
Requirements
- 5 + years of experience with Identity Access Management capabilities and processes.
- 5 + years business and systems analysis experience with customer relationship focus designing role and attribute-based access controls.
- 2 + years or more understanding governance and audit impacts of Identity and Access Management
- Strong understanding of an identity lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, access request, manager, and data owner access certification.
- Strong technical, conceptualization, analytic, and communication skills including the ability to facilitate interactive sessions with business / functional personnel.
- Experience with SCRUM / KAN-BAN methodologies
- Ability to use Visio to diagram solutions.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to logically think through problem resolution.
- Self-motivated, responsible, conscientious, and detail-oriented and possess a passion for excellence.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.
