Our client, a law firm in Downtown Columbia, is seeking a Real Estate Attorney. Ideal legal experience includes HOA / community associations, real estate, debt collection, or foreclosure law.

Responsibilities :
- Conduct research using legislation, case law, and other legal authorities as sources
- Draft legal documents, including but not limited to pleadings, contracts, real property instruments
- Represent clients at meetings, hearings and trials
- Work with a team of other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
- Ensure client confidentiality
- Report on hours spent on each assignment
- Pursue continuing education
Qualifications :
- Accredited law degree
- Licensed to practice law in South Carolina
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Capacity to perform under stress
- Strong work ethic
Compensation & Benefits :
- $80,000 - $100,000, depending on experience
- Vacation & holiday schedule
