Home Care Agency HR Recruiting and Administrative Assistant

This position works M-F 9a - 3p in the agency office located in Clearwater ( not a remote position ).

Job Description :

• Answer agency phones greeting all callers with a cheerful pleasant voice.
• Perform initial recruitment screening of applicants thru phone calls, texts and emails, and perform diligent and timely follow up with candidates.
• Schedule interviews and orientation with applicants and new hires.
• Monitor employment ads in Hireology and edit, add, delete as the agency needs change.
• Monitor Hireology for applicant activity and assist them if necessary to complete all onboarding paperwork online.
• Provide administrative assistance as needed to the HR Supervisor and other office staff as needed.

Job Requirements :

Minimum one year of experience at a home care agency performing Recruiting and HR activities.

2+ preferred)

• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Mail.
• Always present a pleasant, cheerful attitude on the phone and in person at all times.
• Professional dress and appearance.
• Consistently demonstrates compassion and empathy towards clients and caregivers.
• Enjoy working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Be a self-starter and work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to have a Level 2 fingerprint background screening done.
