Product Manager

Are you a project or product management professional looking to help drive projects and strategy for a strong and steadily growing multi-national company?

Our partner is looking for candidates with 7+ years of experience in industrial equipment product management to join their team as a Product Manager .

This role requires travel to US client locations about 25-50% of the time.

Product Manager Responsibilities :

• Lead the strategic development and management of industrial equipment products
• Conduct market analysis and assess customer needs within the industrial, construction and logistics sectors to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to translate market requirements into technical specifications and ensure the successful development and launch of new products
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, aligning with business goals and industry trends
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to define positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategies for industrial dock equipment products
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product performance and guide continuous improvement efforts

Project Engineer Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree (BS / BA) in Engineering, Sciences, Business or a related field preferred
• 7+ years prior program or significant project management experience within the industrial equipment industry
• Excellent organizational, leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
