Senior Corporate Paralegal : Transactional and Corporate Services

We are currently seeking a Sr. Corporate Paralegal with a robust background in top-tier law firms or within specialized environments.
This role is integral in providing comprehensive support for various transactional practices and maintaining the corporate framework of our clients.
Core Responsibilities :
- Develop and refine drafts of documents including entity formation and dissolution, transaction ancillary documents, and UCC financing statements.
- Engage in key SEC filings such as Form D, confidential treatment requests, and Registration Statements.
- Compile and synthesize data for analysis related to corporate transactions.
- Conduct thorough corporate and securities law research utilizing leading databases.
- Lead coordination efforts for transaction-related tasks with multiple stakeholders including lawyers, clients, and advisors.
- Manage and facilitate the entire closing process, including the execution and filing of transaction documents.
- Regularly communicate with teams regarding task progress, staffing issues, and assignment statuses.
- Adhere to stringent office attendance and occasionally work beyond standard hours to meet transaction demands.
- Participate in additional projects as directed by the Paralegal Supervisor or other management personnel.
Qualifications :
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a prominent AMLAW 100 / 200 law firm
- Expertise in one or more of the following areas : corporate financing transactions, M&A, private equity, and venture capital initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is mandatory. Advanced degrees, such as a JD, are advantageous but not essential.
Compensation :
- The salary for this role ranges from $87,500 to $170,000 annually, contingent upon candidate's location, credentials, and professional background.
