Pay Range $65hr - $70hr
Responsibilities :
- Work with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that change communications are joined up to aid understanding and awareness of change initiatives, establishing and maintaining effective communication channels to engage and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the change process, educating colleagues to promote key initiatives and associated work streams that affect people, process, technology changes across our organization.
- Establish engagement networks for programs and general ad-hoc needs to share people, process and technology changes, creating actionable feedback loops and strong approaches to support continuous improvement.
- The Global Change Networks can become communities for teams to regularly plug-in to and connect across programs and teams.
- Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders, providing timely and accurate communications of change-related updates, ensuring that we’re embedding the changes and delivering the right messages, to the right people, at the right time.
- Develop and implement communications plans to address identified needs for our Business Ops & Priority Programs team, managing team communications assets including program decks, share point sites, monthly newsletters, regular Change & Risk Management communications, and misc adhoc project communications as needed.
- Work with cross-functional teams to communicate complex change management issues, simplifying complex ideas into plain language, crafting compelling storylines around change, and activating adoption and understanding.
- Embrace a partnership mindset and collaborating with functions across the business, including Change Managers, Project Managers and Planners, and Employee Communications professionals.
Ideal Qualifications :
- 3+ years of Change Management experience.
- 5+ years corporate communications, public relations, or executive communications experience.
- Exceptional messaging and writing skills; attention to detail and accuracy in all communications deliverables.
- Experience in technology and a desire to work collaboratively with senior leaders, their teams, agency partners, business partners, and vendors.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment; strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to drive coordination across stakeholders.
- Business maturity and experience working with senior executives.
- Ability to manage multiple change communication projects simultaneously.
Hard Skills Required and Experience :
- 3 years experience with Change Management.
- 5 years experience with corporate communications, public relations, or executive communications experience.
- 5 years experience with cross-functional teams.
