Our clients company is a wellrespected independent insurance brokerage specializing in commercial personal and group benefit insurance lines.

With a strong presence in Arizona they are seeking talented professionals with a background in independent brokerage to join their team in various roles.

These positions will play a vital role in client retention account management and policy servicing with opportunities to grow in a dynamic and supportive environment.

They are currently looking to fill the following positions based on experience :

Commercial Account Executive

Salary : $90000 $110000 DOE

As the Commercial Account Executive you will be the main clientfacing representative responsible for overseeing all aspects of client accounts from start to finish.

This position is perfect for seasoned professionals who are confident in their ability to work independently manage large accounts and ensure client satisfaction.

You will lead prerenewal meetings consult on policy changes make presentations and bind policies. Additionally you will ensure that the Account Managers and Client Service Agents within your pod are fulfilling their responsibilities as client retention will be your primary goal.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage entire client relationship and renewal process.
  • Conduct prerenewal meetings and policy consultations.
  • Oversee presentations policy changes and bind policies.
  • Ensure the team (Account Managers Client Service Agents) are performing their duties effectively.
  • Focus on client retention and satisfaction.

Qualifications :

  • 10 years of experience in a commercial account management or executive role.
  • Expertise in managing independent broker accounts.
  • Proficient in EPIC (Applied Systems).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.

Commercial Account Manager

Salary : $75000 $90000 DOE

As a Commercial Account Manager you will be responsible for the daytoday servicing of commercial accounts with a primary focus on account retention and renewals.

This role requires someone who is wellversed in handling the reactive components of account management including audits marketing estimates remarketing policies and supporting the Account Executive by preparing presentations and binding policies.

Responsibilities :

  • Focus on account retention and renewals.
  • Handle audits marketing estimates and remarketing to carriers.
  • Prepare presentations and bind policies on behalf of the Account Executive.
  • Support sales and client service teams in maintaining high client satisfaction.

Qualifications :

  • 5 years of experience in commercial account management.
  • Strong knowledge of EPIC (Applied Systems).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience in an independent brokerage is required.

Client Service Agent

Salary : $52000 $65000 DOE

As a Client Service Agent you will be responsible for processing certificates endorsements and conducting necessary research.

This role is crucial in ensuring that all processing tasks are handled inhouse efficiently. Youll need to be detailoriented and capable of working autonomously in a fastpaced environment while supporting both Account Managers and Executives.

Responsibilities :

  • Process certificates endorsements and research.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of all policy documentation.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Executives to support client needs.

Qualifications :

  • 3 years of experience in a similar support role within an independent insurance brokerage.
  • Proficient in EPIC (Applied Systems).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must not be a member of United Agents of Arizona (UAA).

Note : All positions require experience within independent brokerages only (no carriers captives or direct writers). Candidates local to the Mesa AZ office are strongly preferred with the potential for hybrid work based on performance and culture fit.

Remote candidates will be considered if they meet specific qualifications but must have a deep understanding of Applied Systems EPIC.
