Overview
Kimley-Horn is looking for a 3D Modeler / Visualization Specialist to join our Denver Tech Center office in Greenwood Village, CO! This is an in-office position.
Responsibilities
Kimley-Horn seeks an artist who is excited about producing detailed renderings for a wide variety of clients. Our deliverables vary from photorealistic to conceptual, but the dedication to quality and client satisfaction is the same for every image we produce.
Our modelers work independently and collaboratively, partnering with other designers and engineering professionals to understand and translate the client’s vision and produce a variety of deliverables in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
The selected candidate will :
- Develop 3D models; assets, context, and full scenes for Kimley-Horn pursuits and projects
- Create animations, 3D models, and view matching for photo simulations
- Digitally paint materials, and photo simulations
- Edit animations, videos, and motion graphics
- Thrive as part of a small, creative, and specialized design team
- Serve as a brand advocate for Kimley-Horn and the client’s visual guidelines
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of professional experience
- Bachelor's Degree or similar experience in 3D modeling / Animation
- Proficiency in 3D platforms similar to 3DS Max, Sketchup, or Lumion (Kimley-Horn is a PC-based company and the visualization team primarily works in 3DS Max)
- Ability to use Adobe software for digital paint and some video editing (Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere)
- An artistic eye (composition, color, light and attention to detail)
- Desire to learn new skills, manage tasks, and participate in process improvement
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A positive, collaborative, solution-seeking attitude, and a high sense of personal responsibility
- Flexibility to periodically work outside normal business hours as needed
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle simultaneous, varied assignments while providing consistent quality and accuracy

Salary Range :
- $65,000 - $72,000
- Eligible for Performance Based Bonus Compensation
