Seeking a Field Service Tech for a direct hire opportunity with our client, a top-tier industrial pump installation and repair company in Anaheim, CA This position offers a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Flexible Spending, 401(k), paid holidays and more! Shift Time / Overtime : 40 hours a week with overtime as needed;
will be placed on an on-call schedule once trained Pay : $25-45 / H based on experience. Responsibilities of the Field Service Technician : Troubleshoot and diagnose root-cause problems for centrifugal or rotating pumps Arranges necessary parts and service to resolve issues Responsible for completing all tasks from installation, startup, scheduled maintenance, functional & performance testing, training, project closeout, and warranty transition.
Check all equipment after installation and prior to start-up of pumps and associated equipment Get service tickets signed by appropriate company representative before leaving location.
Works with customer to understand equipment issues. Qualifications of the Field Service Technician : 3-5 years pump experience Experience with rotating equipment repair Acceptable driving record required according to company guidelines Must be willing to work off-site as well as the shop Experience with vibration and alignment tools Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
